I am...

I am a human being, and human beings are fundamentally flawed. We are flesh, blood, bone, and most important of all, we are fragile. We all die, no matter what we do, or how hard we try and prevent it. Likewise, none of us are perfect in every way. We are all flawed creatures, broken and damaged goods that no one ever tried to fix or replace. We put our faith in some so-called “higher power” to fix our problems, without realizing that in order to get to the root of the problem, we must face our problems head-on, instead of looking for something else to face it for us.

We are not just worthless sacks of meat destined to be buried in the ground or burned to a crisp, however. We can create things, amazing things, using nothing but our ideas and some good, old-fashioned ingenuity. I mean, look at some of the world's greatest authors. All they had were ideas, and yet, they were able to turn those ideas into works of fiction that have endured into the modern day.
